Skate-a-Thon

Skate-a-Thon is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Shaker Youth Hockey Association (SYHA). This year's fundraising efforts culminated with our Skate-a-Thon event on October 29th, 2023. Funds raised support the SYHA in the following ways.

- Ice Time at Thornton Park and other rinks

- Offset Baseline Concussion Testing Fees for all players

- Send Teams to Out of Town Tournaments

- Equipment and Capital Expenditures

- Supplement Clinics & Training

- The Future and Success of our Program

Last year's event raised more than $15,000 for SYHA. This year we SMASHED our goal and raised the most money we have raised in the last 8 years with almost $23,000!!! Thank you all for supporting SYHA and GO SHAKER!
