Corporate Sponsorship
The Shaker Youth Hockey Association (SYHA) is a parent run, non-profit organization providing high quality, competitive and affordable youth hockey for more than 30 years in partnership with the City of Shaker Heights.
“Affordable” and “youth hockey” words that don’t always go together – but through the generous support of our sponsors, we have been successful in making sure that just about any child who wants to try hockey – can.
Monies from our sponsors help support our program in variety of ways, including:
- Additional Ice Time at Thornton Park & Local Rinks
- Baseline Concussion Testing Fees for all Players
- Sending Teams to Out-of-Town Tournaments
- Equipment and Capital Expenditures
- Supplemental Hockey Clinics & Training for players and coaches
All levels of sponsorship are recognized throughout the year in our rink, on our website and through our communications and social media.
All sponsors are recognized at the level of their support.

Shaker Raider Sponsorship = $500 Donation
Includes:
- Company or individual logo/name scrolling on video screens designating sponsor level in the lobby of Thornton Park from October 2023-September 2024
- Company or individual logo/name featured on SYHA website from October 2023-September 2024
- Opportunity to give logoed giveaway to all SYHA players (i.e., water bottles, small towels, etc.)
- Display banner you can show in your business to show your support of our organization and our community.
Hat Trick Sponsorship = $1,000 Donation
Includes everything in the Shaker Raider Sponsorship, plus:
- Company or individual logo/name on bottom half of banner in Ice Rink area of Thornton Park from October 2023-September 2024
Hall of Fame Sponsorship = $2,000 Donation
Includes everything in the Shaker Raider Sponsorship, plus:
- Company or individual logo/name on top half of banner in Ice Rink area of Thornton Park from October 2023-September 2024
