This tournament, while a great time for the players and coaches, is also an important fundraiser for the SYHA program. It also has a reputation for being a well-run tournament and having a hospitality area contributes to the tournament's overall image. In order to stock the hospitality table with drinks and snacks for the players and their families, SYHA asks that you donate the following items: Bantams: Water or Sports Drinks PeeWees: Fruit (apples, bananas, oranges) or Snacks (pretzels, crackers, granola bars, cookies) Squirts: Water or Sports Drinks Mites: Snacks (pretzels, crackers, granola bars, cookies) *For water or sports drinks, please provide small bottles if possible. Most of the tournament's participants are between 6-10 years old, so the smaller the bottle, the better. No pop, please! *For snacks, please provide items that come in single-serving size. No candy, please! If you prefer to make a donation, rather than bring the requested beverage or snack, see Killer B Chair Mike Bates or Hospitality Volunteer Leanne Sauerland. Please drop off the requested item(s) the week of Feb 1st - before Sunday, February 7th at 8:00 p.m. at Thornton Park. Please leave the item(s) in Caleb's office. For any questions, contact Killer B Hospitality Volunteer Leanne Sauerland at 216-752-1569 or jsauerla@yahoo.com (or) SYHA President Chris Vlasich at 216-409-7652 or cmv@levinandassociates.com.

Important Reminders/Notes for Parents
Water Bottles -Until further notice, players should bring their own water bottles (clearly marked with their name and number) for games and practices. In order to avoid the spread of viral infection, coaches will NOT be providing water in "community" water bottles on the bench at practices or games.
Locker Assignments - Please check your team's locker room assignments. There have been recent flare-ups because two teams have been in the same locker room, generally caused by an earlier team taking the wrong locker room, causing a chain reaction of locker room issues throughout the rest of the night. If a Shaker team is already using your locker room when your team arrives at the rink, use an open locker room to get dressed and then move your team's bags into the correct locker room.
Equipment - All parents and players are reminded that every player needs to wear his or her full equipment when on the ice for practice; this includes mouth guards and neck guards. Mouth guards are especially important in protection players from head injuries when they hit the ice or the boards, as they help dissipate much of the impact. Players should not be allowed on the ice for practice without their full equipment.
32 Degrees New this Season! We have a Concession Stand - New concession operator "32 Degrees" is opened for business with full service menu. They will be open for business during game and practice times with a full service food and drink options.
